We've stayed here a couple times and everyone is very nice and everything is clean.
I just don't know why the hotels close to Ashtabula are so expensive.

comfortable stay with minor room placement issue
The room layout was spacious with ample countertop space in the bathroom. The 24-hour beverage station in the lobby provided great options for a quick refreshment. We also appreciated the warm and cute attitude of the staff. We noticed that the decor in the lobby area created a modern vibe that set a positive tone for our visit.

The fresh fruit.
The TV in the lobby was tuned to Fox News. If you can't find a more neutral channel than Fox or MSNBC l'll take my business elsewhere. The pre-fab egg disc was aweful.

The back door lock failed and the parking lot was partially closed making loading the car impossible had to haul everything around to the front

Internet service cutoff at inconvenient times!!! Outdated dinner recommendations from the front desk could use an update!!! Sink drainage issues detracted from the overall experience!!! It's sad to see such potential overlooked.

My son and I had a very fast paced whirlwind trip to Ohio and enjoyed the fact that we could rest and sleep well in a very nice quiet, comfortable room. Breakfast was good.

The location was perfect, rooms were very clean and bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very nice (had a nice variety of food) and it was great having coffee and tea available in the lobby at all times. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Friendly staff made us feel welcome.
I was disappointed with the breakfast offerings. The choices for healthier options were very limited, mostly focusing on carbohydrates that we try to avoid. The sink drain in our room was slow.

Most everything
I thought I would get 10 per cent off the bill using triple A or being retired military and didn't, I showed my triple A card when I checked in and thought it would be deducted when I checked out I do know I should of called for a reservation instead of online Thank you Gary
